Encarta 95 had a great moon/earth orbit applet where the moon would bounce elastically off the earth. Later versions removed this feature. As I can't find my old Encarta 95 disc, I will be forced to do it for real

    Was Encarta95 the one with samples from just about every language conceivable? I used to love to learn how to say “hello” in Suaheli or “my name is…” in Urdu!

    Don’t remember the bouncy moon though… nice feature!
