If those distances (for an sun-like star) are wrong, you can blame this guy.
We only get a few very early morning hours of transit here in the UK, and it’s likely to be cloudy. But if you’ve got a good view where you are look up (safely!), it won’t happen again for another 115 years!
Thanks to Clémentine for the translation!
I’m visiting family so no comic this Monday I’m afraid. Check back Wednesday 27th.

This sorta situation seems to happen a lot when you’re in space.

Of course, you need to make sure it’s actually a star.
Readers of Bad Machinery might find the last panel somewhat familiar.
So when I was at MCM expo I tried to get pretty much everyone who walked past to draw me a robot. So now I have approximately twelve gazillion pictures of robots. What to do with them? Hmmm…
How about a daily tumblr feed of robots that will probably continue long after I’m dead? You’re welcome.
Note: There’s been a bit of a hack attempt on the site – main page seems OK but at the moment the RSS feed is down. Trying to deal with this has unfortunately chipped away at drawing time, so Friday’s comic is likely to be delayed/skipped – sorry!
Today’s comic link, isn’t a comic, but rather some music I like to listen to whilst cartooning. Laura Hocking and the Long Goodbye have a new EP out which you can sample & buy online and in my opinion is it absolutely fantastic – I’ve already bought my limited edition copy. In addition, 20% of sales go to the National Autistic Society.
Today’s Guest Artist is Mark Savary from Autumn Lake – a comic with the tagline “The comic strip that never was”. But it kinda is: I mean, it’s right there. This is rather confusing – but also rather good. Check it out!
