makes me think of the “time travel through the use of alternate universes” theory. each universe can find another universe to borrow an egg from after giving one away.
That wouldn’t be time travel, its space travel. (Or time AND space travel, but either way, your actions wouldn’t affect YOUR timeline…)
It would be travel through dimensions, each universe being a different dimension.
