That seems to be 2 pips on the right side of the guy in purple. But two pips should be opposite the five side (on his top)

    0/5

Good evening sir, you just failed twice.

      1. Thats the Purple Mountain’s Majesty’s left side.
      2. On observing the configuration of pips on the Duke of Damascus’ Robe, they are arranged in a pattern such as to optimize the use of the diagonal axis. Therefore we may extrapolate that there exists a third pip under His Majesty’s garments, i.e.: lower on the bottom right corner.

      I hereby take my leave.

      Sincerely,
the Captain of the H.M.S Canuck.

However, we can surmise that the dice are not identical or else the red die would be showing four pips to the observer, assuming that there are five pips under the crown and not two. (Note that the six pips are both 3 rows of 2, same alignment.)

You may here be assuming I put more thought into the arrangement of pips than I actually did 🙂

Remember this moment next time you make a comic, the internet is very observative.

We can still complain, of course, because there is a standard arrangement of the dots (“pips”, you call them? British people.) on a die, so if they are different, one must be non-standard.
        For no witty reason.

Also, I rate this delightful vignette a generous five bob out of five.

You mean five pips out of six?

Great comic, as usual. But how come I can’t see the updates of your website in my blogroll since ‘Resistance is futile’?

The yellow one needs a pimp hat. Everything’s better with a pimp hat.

You know what, MrGBH is right. Fedoras for everyone! Fedoras for fedoras!
