    There is a word for describing all these occurrences… IRONIC :-)
    Good job, this is one of the best so far :)

    Unfortunately the only thing ironic about Alanis Morsette’s song is that she named it “Ironic”.

    @Grant

    Well to be fair, she never says its irony, she just keeps asking “Isn’t it ironic?”

      Unless its supposed to be take as a rhetorical question, then “Whoops I don’t know what irony is lolol.”

    I like how it says, “Alan & Is….” on the banner.

    Some of the examples are genuinely ironic (in a broad sense) imho, such as “a free ride when you’d already paid”.

    Alanis is in season 5 of Weeds! Who knew she could act?

    Well, I’m reading other things and supposedly the song was purposely supposed to not have anything ironic. Which makes very little sense to me, but I suppose they didn’t want to stir anyone’s pot.

    Also, it could be cosmic irony, though, still a bad example of that. Plus, people don’t pay attention to that kind as much.

  • "Complete" English dictionary has no entry between 'tracheotomy' and 'tradition'. Wonder if I can sue them under the Trade Descriptions Act?
