    I smiled… IMHO the joke would have been funnier if it had been a star sign other than Cancer in the third panel. Think about it.

      Nah - the whole joke is that she’s not actually telling him he has cancer, it’s that she’s telling him he is a Cancer. He gets upset because the prediction for Cancer is that they will get cancer.

      It wouldn’t work with Leo or any of the other star signs.

      It doesn’t specify that it will happen immediately, just that it will happen.
