    She’s aiming a tad high and to the left, I deduce therefore that there is a crosswind between her and Mr. Whatever-he-did-to-tick-off-sniper-girl. She also must be over 300 meters away (assuming a .30 rifle)

    Conclusion: girl knows her business. Baldy is toast.
