Hello Creators!

 

We’re following up about the MCM London Artist Alley Application that was sent out earlier today.

 

If you filled out the Application and did NOT receive a confirmation email, please follow the instructions below to re-submit your application. If you did receive a confirmation email, you’re all set and can ignore the rest of this email.[B(1] [N(2] 

 

In order to submit the Application, you need to have a Growtix account.

 

STEP 1: create a login for Growtix HERE: https://register.growtix.com/login

 

STEP 2: Once you have signed in keep that page open. You will then open and follow the application form HERE: https://bit.ly/3rIBbwO

 

STEP 3: There are 4 pages of info Company Name> Basic information> Creator Information> Sign the application. After all of that is complete. You will get an email confirmation.

Do you want to be part of the biggest pop culture convention in London? MCM Comic Con London’s Artist Alley applications are now open! Here is your chance to apply for an Artist Alley table at MCM London (27-29 May 2022) in via our new process.

Please fill out this form fully, particularly the credentials section. Note that this is a table request form and filling it out does not guarantee you space. If you exhibited at any previous MCM events, you still need to reapply.  

 

Artist Alley applications for MCM London will close Wednesday, 16th of March 5:00 PM GMT. 

 

Artist Alley will no longer be first-come, first-served; we will be curating Artist Alley and each application will be reviewed by committee in a juried process. After a registration period, we will review all applications and let you know if we are able to offer you a table; the order that we receive applications does not have an impact on whether you receive a table - each application will be reviewed equally.

 

If your application is approved, you will receive a confirmation email that will include a link for payment; you will need to make payment no later than Wednesday, 20 April, 2022.

 

We will contact all artists by 5:00 PM GMT on 24 March, 2022 with the status of their registration. All artists who are accepted will be welcome to purchase a full 6′ table (with 2 chairs and two Artist Alley badges) for £130 + VAT

We worked hard with our creators and our fans last year amid the COVID-19 pandemic to bring live events back and safe. It’s something that we’ll continue to do throughout the rest of the year and beyond. Details about health and safety requirements can be found HERE.
