You may have noticed that you haven’t received many ComicShowTables emails for a while. This isn’t because the UK con circuit has shut down, but rather simply because I haven’t been keeping up with managing the list. While I originally set up the list hoping that cons would be using it directly, the reality is that with a few exceptions all ComicShowTables mailouts are a result of me researching and collating the info. So when life catches up with me the list goes quiet. This recent busyness is all due to nice things on a personal level for me, but it has cut into time I would have spend managing the list.
Hoping to get back up to speed within a few weeks but please be aware there’s probably host of shows currently open for booking that CST hasn’t mentioned.
If anyone would like to volunteer to do some of the behind-the-scenes work here I would be exceedingly grateful. It’s not actually that difficult and I can show you the ropes to help get up to speed. Ultimately I would eventually like to hand the CST keys over to someone who is actively part of the UK small press scene, but that doesn’t have to be for a while.
