Terrorism kills no-one. Well, ok, it kills a few people. But more people die of clumsiness, stupid mistakes of others, or for no known reason at all, than because of terrorism - or any form of "insecure" activity for that matter. Liberty and Security are not mutually exclusive, and we are secure. You are more likely to be killed by sharks while falling off a building than you are at a chance of being killed in a terrorist attack.
